For those who know me it’s kind of goes without saying that I loved this movie. I think the new cast did a great job. I think this movie brought back a lot of the fun that was in the original series that made it into the icon of American cinema that the franchise has become.

I really liked what they did with the story-line. Despite what any rabid fan of the original story line might tell you. They had to scrap the majority of what was built by the old movies and series in order to wipe the slate clean and make more movies. If they didn’t they’d be working with in the confines of a very in-depth world. Although this gives a great base it also restricts where you can take the characters and where they must go and do at certain points through out the time line. By scrapping all that, they are now free to create new stories for us to love.  :)
